The assignment is an essay analyzing the role of the modern media in the pro-democracy events going on in Hong Kong right now.

Use whatever media you normally use to get news information — tell me what it is — and what you learned about the role of social media in organizing these demonstrations.

It is clear that the Chinese government does NOT want this to happen — what have they done to combat its use?

And who do you think is going to win, and why — in this battle of technologies?

NOTE: THIS SITUATION MIGHT CHANGE AT ANY MOMENT.  Chine could use force, the Army or he Police, to break up the demonstrations. Do you think they will? Why or why not?
