Book Review Good to Great by Jim Collin

This paper review chapter four and chapter six of Jim Collin’s book, “Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap…and Others Don’t”. It will  focus on the two chapters to explore concepts related to brutal facts facing the company and the input that a culture of discipline has on the business results.

The book looks at various companies in the modern world, critically analyzing their basic strategies and giving an insight as to why some companies make huge gains in the market while others simply do not.
