Organizations create rules, procedures, systems, and hierarchies, in order to coordinate diverse activities into a unified effort.   Humans relations frame Focus on the interpersonal relationship. The organization is made up of individuals with feelings, needs, skills, and limitations. Find ways for people to get the job done while feeling good about themselves and their work.   Political Frame People with various interests compete for power and resources. Conflict, bargaining, negotiation, coercion, and compromising are a normal part of everyday life in organizations.   Symbolic Frame Emphasizes organizations' culture, symbols, and spirit, as keys to success.
