Assignment:

Review Chapter 16 of your textbook, Transitioning Evidence to Practice.

Your introduction should briefly discuss change theory. Research at least 1 change theorist such as Lewin.

1. Discuss common barriers identified in the literature
2. Discuss strategies to overcome those barriers.
3. Identify barriers you have encountered personally and among peers in the work place.
4. Conclusion.

Note: The use of first person is acceptable but should be used judiciously. When possible avoid attribution.

Better: “An excel spreadsheet was created.”
