The primary objective of this research is to validate prenatal yoga combined with meditation is a protective factor in the maternal stress response. We will test the hypothesis that high stress exposed women will have decreased stress response during second and third trimester with prenatal yoga and meditation therapy will show no difference between high stress exposed women who complete the standard of care for stress management during pregnancy.
