This paper is cumulative. Beginning with the statement of proposal direction, you followed with a logic model and then described how you will use one or more of the approaches discussed in Modules 2 and 3. Now it is time to apply what you learned in Module 4.
Write a section for your proposal that describes how you will establish the boundaries of the evaluation. This is not just a statement but a thorough description of how you will respond to the questions presented in the course text and the discussion in Module 4, showing how you will:
- systematically clarify the task with each group of stakeholders
- set boundaries and analyze evaluation context
- select and analyze evaluation questions
(If you do not yet have all the actual information on the program you may eventually wish to evaluate, you may invent information about the program for this exercise. However, try to keep it relatively close to what you hope to evaluate.)
Your project paper should be in Microsoft Word 2000 or higher. Remember to follow the current edition of APA format. Your paper should be double-spaced and in 12 point font. It should not exceed four pages and should include an additional page that lists your citations. .

In-text citations should follow APA guidelines, and you should include a Reference list as a separate page with entries that match in-text citations. You may include an Appendix if you have additional information (e.g., assessment instruments, tables/figures, other supporting documentation).
All written assignments and responses should follow APA rules for attributing sources.
